Meg's Policies


All orders are shipped via UPS once they are complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your order has shipped. Shipping charges are computed at checkout and are based on the weight of the items in your order and the ship to address.

Local Triad customers: Please select the “Pick-up” option at checkout to avoid incurring shipping charges. We will call you to pick up your order when it is ready. 

Privacy Policy:

Meg’s Gifts collects personal information about you as part of the registration and ordering process. You may choose not to share this information with us, but that might result in an inability to use our services. We are committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. Meg’s Gifts does not share your personal information with any third party other than those required to fulfill your order (e.g. merchant bank for credit card charging; UPS for order delivery). In such cases we disclose only enough information to perform the necessary services, and the third parties are prohibited from using or revealing your personal information for other purposes.

Meg’s Gifts may use your email address or phone number to contact you about your order if we have questions or problems. Also, you may receive periodic emails from us on occasion, but they will always contain an easy way for you to unsubscribe. Our goal is to give you only the information that you want.
Our privacy policy will remain posted here and it may change in the future. Any significant change will be announced on the homepage. By using this site, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Return Policy:

All sales are final on personalized merchandise. Please review your order carefully and call us with questions, as personalized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For return or exchange of non-personalized merchandise, please call our store or email to speak with a manager. Meg's Gifts will only process AUTHORIZED returns or exchanges, so please email or call us first. Our in-store policy limits returns or exchanges to 14 days from the date of purchase; for online orders, returns and exchanges are limited to 14 days from the ship date of your order. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to purchasing, returning, or exchanging an item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All SALE merchandise (Going, Going, Gone) is sold as is -- no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. All Going, Going, Gone sales are final.

Local Triad customers: Please call or email before attempting to return an item to our main store location. Your return may not be accepted without proper authorization from a manager.
